• Meet Throo, HrThroo's assistant: open it from the top bar or with Ctrl+J. Ask it to set up a job, propose criteria, find candidates with their evidence, or tell you how hiring is going.
• Throo asks before anything reaches a candidate or a client: approving criteria, moving a candidate, starting phone screens or interviews and sharing a shortlist each wait for your Confirm. It never rejects anyone.
• Use HrThroo from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: add app.hrthroo.com/api/mcp as a custom connector and allow it on HrThroo's own consent screen.
• Every plan includes Throo replies each month: 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, 3,000 on Scale.

• A review queue where a person makes every decision. The AI recommends; it never rejects anyone.
• AI phone screens in Indian languages from your own phone number, only for candidates who agreed, between 10:00 and 19:00 IST.
• AI video interviews through a one-time browser link, evaluated only on what the candidate said.
• Candidate emails go from your own Gmail, Zoho or SMTP mailbox.
• Shortlist links for clients that expire, can be revoked, record every open, and collect the client's feedback.
